The purpose of the post is to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for the pupils at the Pavilion’s Primary Provision. This is a small unit for pupils who may be at risk of exclusion and need further assessment. The post holder is responsible to the Head Teacher for supporting the general good order and discipline of the Pavilion, and the implementation of all policies. All staff are expected to have a clear understanding of the aims, objectives and ethos of The Pavilion and an awareness of its role in the community.
